How We Got Here
For over 20 years I enjoyed a rising career in one of the world’s most well-known technology companies – but the stark reality hit me: I was not in true control of my career and future. As layoffs swarmed around me, as they say, “the writing was on the wall” for my destiny. So, after some deep conversations with my wife, Helen, we decided it was time to pursue a lifelong passion to start our own business. As a military veteran and with decades of experience in leading teams, I felt I was ready to pursue the freedom and satisfaction of owning and running my own business.
As we looked for businesses to buy, nothing seemed to be a good fit. That’s what we discovered the Signworld franchise model. It was perfect: we could define our own brand, not be burdened with typical franchise royalties and rules, and at the same time we’d have access to abundant support from a network of over 400 other sign business owners across the US.
The Signworld model helped us get a fast start as a new business, but as we grew we also started to define our own culture, values, and methods for helping our customers. While in the beginning we simply focused on creating quality signs, we eventually started learning how our work could make a real, measurable impact on the success of our client’s businesses beyond just making great signs. This realization has over time defined an approach that we proudly call “The Better Brand Process” – which creates a partnership with our clients to help them create unique and multiple sign and branding options they can use to attract and serve new customers.
Our journey to successful business ownership is not unlike that of our clients. Everyday we have the priviledge of participating in the success of those we serve – and there’s nothing better!

Andy
The Adventurer (aka The Boss)
Innovator, mentor, and owner of Infinity Signs, circa 2010. He is an avid hunter, fisherman, rockhound and camper. Although he has explored multiple nooks and crannies that Idaho has to offer, he is always looking for new ones. He is passionate about spending time outdoors with his wife Helen, going on hikes and camping in the mountains.
Andy has a great passion to help you Build Your Brand Better and believes that a path without obstacles is usually not worth following. Andy has Infinity Signs headed in a great direction and he would be glad to assist anyone on their branding journey.
Helen
The Advocate
Helen is the co-owner and founder of Infinity Signs as well as the creator of our original logo design. She is an avid outdoor person, loves time with grandkids and sure is an awesome cook. She is the one who makes sure we have supplies to work with and the lights are on. She pays all of our service providers and suppliers bills on time and ensures our books are clean, working close with our bookkeeper. To say Helen loves cleanliness and organization, is a severe understatement for sure!
Tom
T-Dog
Tom’s silent but deadly design approach create for you the Brand of your dreams. His extensive background in graphic arts and design will prove why Tom is known for bringing tears to the eyes of some when they see their new logo concepts. We often hear “That is exactly what I had in mind!”. We feel Tom is one of the best designers in the valley. You surely will not be disappointed.
Tom also enjoys the simple things in life like shredding on his guitar, throwing a ball for his dog Bear, time with grandkids or playing his favorite game in the whole wide world—Candy Crush.
Richard
Big D
Richard’s 20+ years of sign experience shows! From making customers feel like family to creating a stellar graphic or installing a full color change wrap, Richard has the attitude of being ready and willing to tackle any sort of new project. He is a 10yr design and manufacturing engineering veteran and knows how to incorporate that knowledge into creating stellar signage.
His natural leadership, master wrap skills, and laid-back personality are all perfect additions to Infinity Signs team. He is appreciated and valued by all he works with. He also has a knack for some cool switchblade knife tricks.
Steve
The Claw
Steve handles the front end of the business like a pro for most all of our repeat and commercial sign customers. Steve has the most expertise on our POS system and focuses on implementing changes and automation to help our workflow efficiency. Besides all that, he’s got two young ones at home that fills in his “extra” time. Steve juggles everything from updates to estimates and orders to customer calls and emails. Thanks to Steve keeping track of our commercial sign inventory, that our real estate sign installs, and removals go as smooth as they do.
